Woodland Real Estate Development, Inc. is incorporated in October of 1989, this dynamic and vital organization is a perfect blend of responsible decision-making and aggressive goal setting. TEAMWORK, a key element in the planning and implementation of projects, lies behind the realization of Woodland ’s vision. While each and every person connected with Woodland contributes to the success it has been enjoying, the indicated individuals in item 6 comprise the Management Committee.
Mission Statement:
The goals and objectives of the corporation are well summed
up in the Corporate Philosophy which states that Woodland’s
primary mission is “TO ACHIEVE AN EQUITABLE BALANCE
BETWEEN SOCIETAL OBLIGATION AND FINANCIAL GAINS”. This
dynamic group therefore strives to provide its clients with
quality homes, well planned developments and amenities at
prices well within every man’s needs.
Subdivision Development:
Woodland Real Estate Development, Inc. launched its maiden
project, WOODRIDGE, LAS PIÑAS, in February of 1990.
Sitting on 2.5 hectares of prime real estate, this idyllic
combination of city and country living is the site of 115
single detached homes which boast of marble and narra parquet
floors, color roof, spacious layouts and elegant facades.
To make this even more attractive, buyers have 18 models to
choose from so that each house becomes an individual statement.
It is, furthermore, the ONLY middle-class subdivision which
offers a satellite dish in addition to a clubhouse and landscaped
grounds.
Woodland’s Regatta projects aim to address the housing
needs of the young Filipino professionals who comprise the
country’s rising middle class. Catering to the “Class
B” segment, these attractively affordable units are
built of quality materials well suited to the individual’s
needs. REGATTA CLASSICS shall once again illustrate the perfect
blend between quality and affordability. Responding to the
market acceptability of its projects, for the period 1992
— 1996 Woodland has reached four (4) phases on its REGATTA
CLASSICS project located at Anabu 2nd, Imus, Cavite plus its
REGATTA WEST project located at Bukandala, Imus, Cavite. In
1998, Woodland introduced its concept of subdivision development
in the North through its REGATTA NORTH project located at
Malolos, Bulacan. REGATTA SOUTH EXECUTIVE HOMES project located
at Cabuyao, Laguna is Woodland’s initial project in
Laguna which was only opened for sale in September, 2002.
The more recent subdivision project that Woodland is proud
to offer is the Terra Alta Homes situated in Paliparan 1,
Dasmarinas, Cavite.
